WHY WOUND CARE MATTERS

  • Annual cost to Medicare = $80 billion

If I can give more stars I would. Dr. Newbold and her staff were amazing, been bringing my client for over 2 months now, and his wound healed from the care they provided. They are very attentive, professional and compassionate, and most of all very knowledgeable. I highly highly recommend them. The environment is calm and it's a very clean office.

I am so impressed with everything about San Gorgonio wound care. I was originally to do my wound care at Loma Linda Murrieta. It was disgraceful, no one answers phone. You can leave a message on one option only. I called everyday for 10 days with no out patient appointment. I was delighted when I called San Gorgonio wound care the first time the phone was answered. To my utter surprise Dr. Newbold said she was able to come to me in Homeland at 1:30 the next day. Amazingly Dr. Newbold makes housecalls!!!! Anyways she is very knowledgeable how to fix the problem, dresses it accordingly,  and leaves you with the supplies from the procedure incase she would like you to change the dressing.  Dr. Newbold explained how long it would take to heal ( it healed on the exact day she mentioned) and asked me to send her pictures when I was told to remove the dressing. I did and my wound closed. Dr.Nebold loves wound care which she expresses in her treatment. The staff at the office are very helpful and professional. If you live anywhere in IE call The San Gorgonio wound care clinic!! The phone will be answered and your treatment will be done in a timely manner but most important, you will receive excellent care. You will be as impressed as I was !
